The Story Behind Dorottya
From Budapest, Hungary, Dorottya Novak is an independent perfumer based in Milan, where she established her own olfactive creative studio. She develops fine fragrances, body care, home and ambient fragrances for brands and private clients, offering bespoke creations and tailor-made olfactory experiences. Specialized in high-quality niche perfumery, she loves to work with rare and exclusive raw materials, giving each composition a modern and elegant twist.
A graduate of the Grasse Institute of Perfumery in France, Dorottya trained directly with raw materials and distilleries in the birthplace of modern perfumery. Her career began in Milan, where she collaborated with international fragrance houses for several years, creating scents for the European, American, and Middle Eastern markets. These experiences gave her a strong technical foundation and a global perspective on the fragrance industry.
Today she continues to work independently, blending art, chemistry, and creativity to design fragrances that are both modern and timeless. Her olfactory creations seek to awaken memory, spark emotions and bring elegance into everyday rituals.
